The cost of the policy itself is competitive but the service in the event of a problem or query is poor. Why is the company called One Call when the only way I had to get through to someone in via on-line Live Chat ? I tried 4 times over several days to resolve a problem & in the end I solved it by contacting the actual insurance company direct. Spoke to a helpful person, matter closed in a few minutes.
