My initial contact to take out the policy was fine. However, since receiving my documents I have been unable to speak to anyone to amend an error I have used the online chat and been told they can’t help I need to speak to the sales team. I have tried fo over r 40 minutes to call and speak to someone without success. The same message is repeated with every option none of which seem to apply to my query. No option to speak to the sales team!
I have resorted to writing to them. Not good enough!
