Unfortunately despite options advising i was able to discuss changes to my policy i was advised that i needed to speak directly to the renewals team. As my policy was renewed today and has some errors i wanted to correct this urgently. It is difficult to make phone calls at home on an evening before 8pm as i only return home at 7.30pm which is why i prefer to use the live chat option during working hours. It is very frustrating that a service is offered but not able to be carried out.
