Competitive quote, but took £39 out of my paypal account with no warning email/call. Luckily I noticed it and called to enquire (16th in queue). They explained I’d made a mistake filling the application in, which is fair enough, but a £39 admin fee and no notification of taking the money is inexcusable, ‘one call’ is all it would have taken to explain (excuse the pun). They also asked for proof of no claims even though I was with the same insurance company last year! I won't be using them again.
Keep a close eye on you paypal accounts people!
