About what you would expect. Live chat is as slow as slow can be. It’s not really live chat it’s sort of ‘just about alive chat’ A long time to actually have a chat with long durations between answers. You sort of get there in the end.....bit like being stuck in a call centre queue. Probably would avoid in future for this reason.
