Was impressed with One Call Insurance until I wanted to do a simple change of vehicle today. Over an hour with live chat as their system did not recognise reg number of a brand new car, then had to call customer services to make the payment. I thought it would be more efficient way of doing things but sadly I was wrong. Also, standard admin fee of £39 to change a vehicle, did get a reduction of £15 for doing on line but still, a very high charge considering everything is digital!!
