Not impressed with the website. On comparethe
market.com it said personal accident was included in the policy price (I selected this) however it wasn't clear on your website if this was indeed included. After I 'paid' (again no list of what was included and no included before paying and no way to check) I was then asked to pay an additional amount for personal accident cover. I'm now going to have to check to make sure the other essential cover has been included that comparethemarket said was included. Make it CLEAR to customers what is/isn't covered!!!!
