When tried cancel renewal One Call insisted settled claim was still outstanding(from early 2018) - therefore would have difficulty transferring to ano company - despite fact they had confirmed the settlement to me a month earlier. I am suspicious this is a way of making you stay with them. Also renewal claim almost three times previous year even tho circumstances
not changed!
Also they are not very easy to get in touch with
