No problem with the actual cover or price . Just Customer Services....
After receiving an email at 9.39 am this morning to contact One call Insurance my wife called them at approx 9.55 am on my behalf. After being put through to 3 different advisers she was then placed on hold for almost 30 minutes before being suddenly cut off! NOT HAPPY as meant had she had to phone back and go through the whole process all over again which subsequently delayed her in getting ready for an appointment at 11.45am
After phoning back she managed to eventually get through around 10.30 am and resolve the issue with Rob who she said was extremely helpful! . Seriously thinking of Insuring the car elsewhere next year as never has this rigamarole before ...
