Poor online chat service, I contacted for one issue, was told there was another problem with my policy, NCB, and there was a deadline. I hadn't been notified and was unaware of this. Now having to provide more documentation in a short time, or cancellation, ect... I should have been told weeks ago. Agent on chat implied it was my fault, or that i had lied to them. Frankly not good enough.
