If you a lucky enough to get through then they all all very nice and helpful, BUT today i have been trying to get through to them from 11.00am to 8.00pm to renew my motor insurance. I have called so many times today and kept being told i was around number 24 in the queue waiting time up to 45+ minutes, i am not going to sit on the phone waiting that long so thought i would try the online web chat only to find that was not available either ! I am very fed up this is just ridiculous if they are so busy they need to take on more staff rather than lose people's business . Needless to say i have now taken out my car insurance with someone else .
