Unfortunately I have fell foul of one off the hidden faults with my one-call platinum policy. Some hurbert drive into me last March. I.reported it and my claim was handled by a claims management company. They said it wouldn't effect my policy. The third part admitted he was totally to blame. So imagine my shock when my renewal came back at nearly double and I have lost the platinum option plus this stand like this for 5 years.
