Price was great and lots of good reviews. I changed car mid policy and rather than being given a cover note to cover me for both cars to pick up my new one, I had to get a precise time. Luckily I made it to the garage in time otherwise I would have been out of insurance on my old car on the drive there. The cost of doing this (I bought another of the same car) was very high- about £150 which I did not feel was justified
