Rang to state that not renewing policy as we'd found cheaper elsewhere and was made to feel forced to disclose who we had switched to. As a customer I don't have to disclose details if I don't want to, and shouldn't feel forced to do so. Also kept on hold for about 15 minutes waiting to get through.
