Having just spent about an hour going from a telephone call to the portal and then to live chat I was told that I had to make a telephone call again as my small change in policy could not be done online. I've just called again and been told that this option is now closed at 4pm on a Saturday. I gave up in frustration with the system yesterday too. I just want to add a small amount of business miles so I can start a new job! I will not renew with One Call
