Your renewal quotation was £100.00 more expensive than any quoted I had from at least 10 other providers with the same benefits. I explained to the agent I spoke with that as a returning customer I should have received the lowest price to start with. The agent did say they could review the price I was quoted but I had already moved the business to another supplier. Clearly, One Call does not value existing customers sufficient to retain their business.
