I wanted to inform you of a change of address. After many attempts and what seemed like hours, I finally got through and was told that I needed to speak with the Platinum team which they transferred me to. All they did was cut me off so I tried live chat online where after a wait they went through security and then told me that I had to speak with the Platinum team. So, I started again but at least this time armed with the direct number but it still took several attempts.
