Spoke with someone (nk3) on their preferred live chat 2 weeks ago about renewal price and eventually she was able to get a price closer to other online quotes. Never received the promised information though.
Tried contacting again today to be told to call up and wait on hold for ages instead.... So posting the requested review while waiting for them to sort themselves out.
