Initial price was great but I forgot about a claim that was made by my wife and settled by a 3rd party as it was a complete no fault claim. This took place 4years 8 months ago. The resulting oversight has increased my insurance by 12%. Almost half of that is an alleged admin fee because they use telephone lines (their excuse). I would be very careful about the details you add in as there is no leeway for mistakes.
All the "helpline" does is keep quoting that it is all documented when you take out the policy.
