There was a long queue when I phoned, though I appreciated being kept up to date on where I was in the queue. It was a renewal but the paperwork appeared to be for a new policy and I was threatened with cancellation because I had not provided my driving licence and NI number. I am 69 and found this distressing. Natasha on the chat line was very helpful, sorted it out and apologised but it should not have happened.
