Having called to cancel my insurance due to other influences I have now asked for a copy of my conversation at least twice at the end of a so called 'live chat', and have never received either copy of the 'chats' yet, only an email saying that they will be asking my bank to set up a DD, which I do not want them to do as I have cancelled my insurance this year. Sorry but it's not good enough, if anything changes I'll amend this statement.
