EP7 was fine and helpful. However, the underwriters demonstrated a lack of social, community and moral concern by refusing to allow me to add 300 miles per annum "Business Use" for charity work. For which I was fully prepared to pay. As it "did not fit the Ts and Cs of my original policy" .... or some similar verbage to to this!
Their solution was to ask me to pay to cancel the existing policy and buy a new one.
I sincerely hope I will not have to deal with them in the future.
