The only way to contact One Call to make a policy change was through live chat but I found this extremely slow and frustrating. The first time I tried to open Live Chat the box disappeared when I tried to look something up on my computer so I had to start over again. The whole thing seemed to take a very long time and I had to sit at my computer waiting and couldn't do anything else in case the live chat window closed again and I had to start again. Curtis (Ci8) was extremely helpful and sorted the problem out but it took me over half an hour just to add business use to my policy. Something that could have been done over the phone in 10 minutes.
