Reported a claim today and now we have been pushed to their solicitors and no we have no car and I am disabled
The person in the solicitors office said they are waiting on the witness or other driver to contact them
And did not care that I am disabled and no transport and I was told to contact the oncall people for a car
No one wants to help me
