Feel it is unacceptable to be charged an admin fee of nearly £49 for just changing address. Also this is a fairly simple thing to amend, why can a customer not change it them self in the portal?
Not happy with how additional charges for policy amendments were explained via online chat. Very much doubt I will be renewing my policy.
