Having looked about for insurance cover for my husband's van last June, One Call appeared to be the best & cheapest option or so I thought, but I should have gone with my instinct to my cost. The van, unfortunately, failed its MOT in January and not repairable. After advising Onecall of this I wanted to transfer the insurance cover to the replacement Car that we had purchased. But I was told this wasn't possible and then advised that out of the £286.40 that I paid for the insurance, only £10.16p would be refunded!! To say I was shocked was an understatement, particularly as we didn't have much choice over the matter and wanted to just transfer the policy to our replacement Vehicle. , Needless to say, I will not be choosing this company again.
