After using One Call for call outs when the car had broken down, I started using my bank's call out. I have a policy with my bank that insures my holidays, mobile phone and car all in one. I tend to use them over One Call because they were much quicker than One Call. I two occasions I phoned One Call for help and they were taking so long that on both times I called my bank's insurance after and they were always faster even though I called them some 40 minutes after - how is that possible. One Call regularly keeps customers on the line waiting to be answered and makes one feel like a second class citizen. Their premiums are just too expensive for rubbish treatment so I've gone elsewhere. Was never happy with One Call as i was either waiting too long on the phone or too long for their service to arrive. I hated to have to phone them for help.
