Had lots of issues with final payments made many phone calls and got different answers. Thought I had paid the insurance in full in December as I wasn’t allowed to set up a direct debit and now been charged another month cause apparently I hadn’t paid it in full, even after I phoned last week as you wanted double payment. It hasn’t been clear and I am left wondering if I have overpaid a month I had phoned the week before and told I had nothing to pay . Will not be recommending this company for the reasons above. Confused and not sure if I have overpaid. Everyone I spoke to was professional but gave me conflicting answers to the issues
