Being charged £30 within an hour due to an unforeseen issue with collecting my new car, will probably be charged another £15 tomorrow when I do collect. You are only interested when I state I have a cheaper quote, can’t speak to anyone online because I’m a platinum customer, no idea what the actual benefit of this is as still end up on hold for ages waiting to speak to anyone on the dedicated number. Very unhappy after years of insuring with you, will definitely be changing insurers.
