Staff fine but the the system of phone and website are terrible.
Recorded message suggested I could change my address on line - and it would cost less.
Tried several times but would not work so had rejoin the telephone queue again.
Finally got through only to be informed it was done but it was going to cost £39.00!! Spent 50mins on sorting this simple task and pay a ridiculous admin fee.
Will be changing to a different insurer at renewal.
