The chap I spoke to was very uninterested and just seemed to be going through the motions of answering a phone!
I did try live chat as well but there was no one there! - so not very live chat
I couldn’t download my documents as a pdf. You did give the option of updating it - I clicked on the link but t would only offer the all singing and dancing version with a monthly fee. It did have a free trial option but I didn’t want that. I wanted just basic pdf but that wasn’t an option!
Overall, I have to say that your service on each option was poor
