This was second time I had called today to change car details so needed new quote.
After a long wait and going through process of pressing many numbers got through to an advisor who implieed that it was better for me to get quote online and it would be cheaper. Didnt really seem intereted and quote for next 7 months of £188 was higher than annual one at £177 which dfoesnt make sense and means i will not be staying with One call. Very disappointed
