You can't press the number option you want until the system has finished listing all the options and said "You may now press the option you want". Then it gives you a couple of minutes of "rubbish" which you have to listen to before you can continue. Then you get told "We're presently experiencing a high level of demand..." as if this day is any different from any other. I bet if you called at 1am you'd get the same busy message. The only reason I haven't given this feedback as "Very Poor" is because when I finally got through to the correct person they were helpful and efficient. But it did take me an hour to talk to the correct person. Get rid of that poor automated phone system please!!!!
