I just changed a vehicle over partway through my policy over the phone.
I discussed the vehicle type model and registration. Had my quote and paid extra.
On checking my policy online the wrong model and engine size had been added. I had to ring back and sort out the insurance again. Paying an additional premium.
Please can you ensure that the vehicle registration matches Dvla description and double check details with clients to ensure the vehicle type is correct for future clients.
