Failure to provide new insurance quotation. No access via telephone; unable to return a rate online; nothing on chat line; nothing on customer portal to help. Information sent via chatline that I have taken out a new insurance with another company by telephone after receiving a quote via email and that you were not to renew automatically. It was too late to offer me a quotation of £249 after I had already taken out new insurance.
