They took the npremium for next year 4 days before the renewal was due and now I cannot get the online chat to work to contact them for a refund. To compound the problem all the telephone numbers just say use online chat. It just doesn't work.
Appreciate we are in times of crisis even so there should be a robust medium to may contact with them!
Extremely disappointed.
