Not very happy. I’ve asked for an extra month to pay my direct debit, explaining that I’ve had to stop work, due to being self employed, and no funds coming in, since the corona virus lock down. I’ve only just got a new temporary job to see me out till all this resolves, but I don’t get paid till the 15th of may from my new job. They said they can only extend till the 27th of April. It’s not a great help, when I’ve only just got enough for food till 15th may. I thought you as a company, would have a little bit of compassion during these horrid times. I’ve been a customer for several years now with one call insurance. Very disappointed this one time, because I think you’re great as a company
