I was buying what I thought was a good deal for my car insurance. turned out I needed to keep upping the costs, so I walked away and bought another policy. However one call started the policy gave no opportunity to stop the process yesterday. I spent about an hour with various people on the live chat only to be told after the motor people had closed that I was speaking to the wrong people. The only way they will now stop the policy is by me cancelling and one call charging me. NMOT Acceptable
