A LETTER THAT CAME ONE WEEK LATER THAT I BELIEVE DUE TO THE CURRENT SITUATION CORONA VIRUS! EVERYTHING IS A MESS AND NOT WORKING PROPERLY, UNFORTUNATELY.
WITH THAT MY POLICY WAS CANCEL!! A LACK OF UNDERSTANDING AND GOOD WILL FROM ONE CALL.
THEY DIDN'T GAVE ME A CHANCE TO MAKE THE THINKS RIGHT.
FRUSTRATED AND ANGRY!!!
NOW I HAVE TO MAKE A NEW POLICY AND I WILL HAVE TO PAY MORE!!!
