Despite repeated requests via your chatline I cannot access my car insurance documents via your portal. However I did access the portal once and managed to retrieve my policy reference number but was unable to download any insurance documents. I find this time consuming and at the end of the day pointless. Can I request that you send me my insurance certificate by Royal Mail which I will pay for!
