Spoke to rep regarding state of our car insurance within the current virus situation. We have car & home insurance with you. As we can only use our car once a week for shopping, we thought that we would be recompensed for virtually no use of the vehicle. Informed that this is not possible. Due to this lack of customer relations, we shall be shopping around on renewal which is due in August with other insurers.
