Web chatting with MC6 was the best part of my experience with One Call. She was courteous and answered all my questions. She gets 5 stars. The company itself is too rigid and after selling you a relatively cheaper insurance, I think to undercut other insurers, will start finding ways to recalculate your premium and in the end, you may end up paying double the initial premium so beware. The insurance may not be as cheap as it appears.
