I see how loads of users just LOVE Onecall, but so many are related to the call responder (who are always so helpful and friendly) BUT have they ever had the REAL experience of the exorbitant fees and mandatory charges? Have they found OneCall STILL charging a cancellation charge of over £100 when they couldn't offer the cover needed at a market price? Have they had Onecall accept a quote, send email agreement then not take payment and you're uninsured? FOUR vehicles; THREE legalised-theft charges and one uninsured motorbike. Onecall are the worst, their staff are excellent - what a conundrum.
