Been with one call for 6 months then I get a refund of £255 in my bank one day. I queried this with them and told it was an error on their part. Apparently they sent me an email about it. I NEVER received any email. A day later an email turns up saying they are cancelling my policy. Immediately get on to One Call who say they sent emails and texts but I never got them. But I refunded the money and my policy is not cancelled. Don’t think it’s very good service if an error by the insurer is corrected by cancelling the policy. Poor service. Spoke to the live chat agent Ve3 who was very good and gave me the links to pay the money back, which I did immediately. She stayed online after the close time to ensure I as satisfied. She was professional, even if One Call were not.
