I tried live chat this afternoon as need to change my surname and address. The online portal request new password was not working . Chatted to Emmy , who wasn't helpful , slow responding and could only answer need to cancel chat and choose Platinum option . I asked where this was as nothing showing on home screen and was just advised again cancel chat and choose platinum option. I am really despondent as nothing resolved so having to phone to discuss changes that I need
