Hi not really unhappy but made me worried by telling me my insurance is to be cancelled . Only the previous month you took two payments by mistake £53 you them paid back £53 so all is well except the payment should have been £47. Then you tell me I have cancelled the DD NOT SO .You have left me wondering if I still have insurance as I cannot speak to anyone due to the virus .
