Disappointed that I have had a renewal fee taken of 808.15 from my account in a time like this. I cancelled the renewal several weeks prior and dur to an 'error' I am now financially compromised. I understand people make mistakes but this is devastating when the refund could take up to 7-10 working days and funds are extremely low due to covid19. This is an added worry and headache during these uncertain times. I appreciate that staff need to remain safe and this is why the company have moved to email support but this is just one example of the importance of speaking to someone as opposed to an online chat. An error has now been made that significantly impacts me and my current financial situation. The people I have spoken to today have done all that they can but again I have had to chase something up that I attempted to avoid by cancelling the renewal with adequate time to prevent a payment being taken from my account. It's just extremely upsetting in such a distressing time.
