Tried twice this morning to get the name changed on my policy documents from MRS Alan Taylor to MR Alan Taylor, first advisor nearly got it done then crashed, had to start again, advisor stated problem had been resolved, amended docs available through portal within 10 mins, Waited and checked docs again. The main policy document had indeed be altered to Mr Alan Taylor, however the sub documents car hire and breakdown still retained a Mrs Alan Taylor in the heading, Certificate of insurance is correct , policy schedule is correct can they not all be amended together or do I have to go through the chatline again and wait 4-5 mins for every question to be answered,
