When renewing my policy I was offered the platinum membership. Which should have come with membership card and handy key fob card - as explained in renewal letter - great very handy for car and wallet. One week after my renewal still no membership card!! Spoke on the web chat with advisor and was told “no we do t send them out anymore” that was it, no further explanation of help. Now this may appear like a small matter to some but I don’t really want to be logging on to the portal if I have an accident or breakdown to get the information. A membership card and key fob is also a great way of promoting the company!! Disappointed that the renewal letter offers this service and then when you accept the renewal they say they have withdrawn that service.
