I have been unable to access the live chat option for some reason and as the call centre phone numbers are not in operation the only option I had was to write to customer services by post.
I have had a reply but it has taken me over a week to get through just to renew my policy at the last minute before it runs out. This would have been the same if I had had a breakdown or accident.
I appreciate the logistical difficulties at this difficult time but feel you should give a phone number for people to call in urgent circumstances - even if this is a voicemail option and you can call us back it would be better than nothing - other companies seem to be managing it better.
